Job Description: Develop and implement branch growth strategies, Identify and pursue new business opportunities, Manage branch operations, Build and maintain relationships with clients, Ensure compliance with regulations, Monitor and analyze branch performance, Prepare reports on branch development activities, Collaborate with other departments to optimize performance, Provide leadership and training to branch staff.

Salary Budget: 20000 to 25000

Special Remark (if any): Willingness to travel extensively, Bike Required.
